Voting for these positions will happen at the AGM on the 3rd December. If you cannot attend the AGM and wish to make a proxy vote, you need to email the Secretary (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and let him know who you’ve instructed to place a vote on your behalf. Remember that any member can only hold one other member’s proxy.
